I work with accomplished women entrepreneurs just like you who are looking to make their business more successful and personally rewarding. After almost 30 years as an entrepreneur, I understand what many of us go through. You’ve learned all the things you’re supposed to do to make your business successful, and it still isn’t thriving as you’d like it to be. The one thing I’ve discovered that often is overlooked is this: How do you feel about yourself as a midlife or older woman in business? If we buy into the constant messages we get from our society about being “an older woman,” we may become reluctant to try new things, take big risks. . .things that are necessary to grow a business. And we know that how we feel about ourselves impacts how others see us and, therefore, how successful we are in our business.
As your coach, I help you to embrace your wisdom and experience, reframe limiting beliefs, and develop actionable strategies to grow your businesses with confidence. Together, we work to transform your feelings about being a woman in midlife into a source of empowerment, allowing you to lead with strength, clarity, and renewed purpose.
