Dawn Stebbing is a Certified International Image Consultant and Voice & Visibility Strategist who helps women elevate their presence, power, and profitability.

With over four decades of experience in sales and leadership, she’s coached hundreds of entrepreneurs and executives to lead with confidence, credibility, and authenticity.

A former licensed cosmetologist, she brings a unique blend of hands-on image expertise and deep leadership insight—teaching women how to align who they are on the inside with how they show up on the outside.

She’s been featured in The Mesa Tribune, The Mesa Daily Independent, and On The Morning Show, and has worked with organizations like Mary Kay, Tupperware, and Arbonne.
